Randy Hutson of PRG Joins Parnelli Board of Advisors

LAS VEGAS — The governing body of the Parnelli Awards announces the addition of Randy Hutson to its board of advisors. Hutson is currently a vice president of PRG Audio and general manager of PRG Chicago.

Flo & Eddie to Host 2011 Parnelli Awards Oct. 29; Tickets Now Available

ORLANDO — The Parnelli Board of Directors has announced that Flo & Eddie (Mark Volman and Howard Kaylon) will be hosting the Parnelli Awards at the Peabody Orlando Oct. 29. Known for hits like “Happy Together” as founding members of The Turtles, Flo & Eddie also played and toured extensively with Frank Zappa and are currently touring with  the Happy Together Again tour.

LAS VEGAS—The Parnelli Awards Board of Directors announces that Jim Fackert will receive the Parnelli Visionary Award honoring his influential career in the live entertainment industry. In the 1970s serving first as a pro audio engineer for bands like Grand Funk Railroad, working with Stefan Graf he went on to create the forerunner of the moving light and his custom lighting boards spurred a company, Leprecon. Later he founded Littlite.

Dean Roney of Solotech Joins Parnelli Board of Advisors

LAS VEGAS -- The governing body of the Parnelli Awards announces the addition to its Board of Advisors Dean Roney of Solotech International Touring. The company is based in Montreal, with offices in Quebec City and Las Vegas. Roney has been in the live event business for 30 years, and has been with Solotech since 2008. Based in Las Vegas, he serves as the company’s vice president of business development.
