George Travis to Receive 2013 Parnelli Lifetime Achievement Honor

LAS VEGAS — The Parnelli Board of Advisors has announced that George Travis, longtime production/tour manager for Bruce Springsteen, will receive the live event industry’s highest honor, the Parnelli Lifetime Achievement Award, at the annual gala ceremony in Las Vegas this November. Travis has also worked with Rod Stewart, Kiss, Boston, Elton John, Madonna, Shania Twain and Ringo Starr, among others.

MacDonald, who has more than three decades of experience in the pro-audio/video industry, was named President of ATK Audiotek, a leading audio production and systems integration vendor, in Sept. 2012.

2012 Parnelli Award Winners Announced

LAS VEGAS — The 12th Annual Parnelli Awards gala, held Oct. 20,2012 at the Mirage Las Vegas, honored Charlie Hernandez, Joe Branam, Dave Shadoan and more than two dozen other individuals, companies and products. Hosted by Cory Wells of Three Dog Night fame, Billy Squier also took the stage to honor Hernandez, and Brad Paisley, Jason Mraz and Sting also prepared taped video tributes for Shadoan.

Joe Branam to Receive Parnelli Visionary Award

LAS VEGAS — The Parnelli Board of Advisors has announced that Joe Branam, owner of Branam Enterprises, will receive the Parnelli Visionary Award at the annual gala dinner and award ceremony in Las Vegas. The event is set for Oct. 20, 2012 at the Mirage Resort and Casino.
